Brewery Registration – Knoxville Brewfest

KNOXVILLE BREWFEST 2023

The festival will be returning to the lake at World’s Fair Park in Downtown Knoxville at 525 Henley St, Knoxville, TN 37902

Knoxville Brewfest has a special event beer license, and will purchase beer up to $450 per brewery. You are welcome to bring beers up to 10% ABV. We want to help support your flagships, but also connect with our more seasoned consumers. Our patrons love unique beers, so show them what you got! Please be aware that this beer permit is for on premise consumption only. We cannot send packaged product out the door with our patrons.

Please be sure to send us an invoice in advance to help us track inventory.

Brewers should be in the festival grounds 1-2 hours before their session., and completely setup 30-45 minutes before the session opens. There is parking nearby, and we will get final logistics info to you about two weeks out with all the last-minute information you need for the weekend.

We will provide a tent, table and chairs, and ice. Please bring jockey boxes/cold plates with you, or coordinate with your distributor. Make sure you bring CO2!

Each brewery will receive 2 Staff passes per session that you participate in. Our patrons enjoy getting to meet the folks behind their favorite beers, and we hope you are able to send a representative to help connect them with your brand. However, there will be volunteers available if you are unable to make it, want to focus on talking with patrons, or get out and see the event.

Participating brewers will be allowed to sell merchandise on site. Please do not sell or giveaway glass items, as the surface of the festival area is mostly concrete.
