What/When: A craft beer tasting festival; 6/29/2013, 4–8 pm
Where: Southern Railway Terminal, 306 Depot Ave., Knoxville, Tennessee; at the corner of Depot and Gay Streets
Admission: Advance tickets: $40. Tickets may be purchased on line, or at the Bearden Beer Market. Beer tasting is included in price. We encourage booking your tickets before the event. Only 1,500 tickets will be sold. We expect to sell out. Please buy your tickets early. Festival goers will receive a sampling glass and program with a map of beerlocations.
Age: You must be 21 years old to enter and sample beers. A government-issued ID will be required. No refunds will be issued to underage buyers of tickets. Babies & toddlers not allowed.
Parking: Park in the former Regas restaurant lots (thank you Bill Regas!). One lot is on the corner of Gay and Depot, and the other is on the northwest corner of that intersection. Parking is also available on Depot Ave. in front of the Station, on the nearby Gay Street bridge, and in the City lot at the intersection of Gay and Williams St. across from Marie’s Old Town Tavern.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Weather: This fest is rain or shine.
Safety: This is a beer tasting and appreciation event. We encourage you to drink in moderation, monitor your intake, drink plenty of water or other non-alcoholic beverage, eat frequently, and, if necessary, take a taxi to your post-fest destination. Taxis may be hired in front of the venue. Or, why not make a night of it in downtown Knoxville. We have negotiated good rates at some of the finest hotels.
Food: Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available.
